PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a life saving tool for evacuation which prevents dying as a result of downfall and collision with the ground trying to escape from a high temperature and by which people can be lowered to the ground safely and speedily by simple operation and at a low cost.;SOLUTION: Since this life saving tool for evacuation can speedily be fitted, people can continuously, safely and reliably be descended for evacuation by using a single rope. A braking apparatus with an anti-slipping braking apparatus; a movable part like a hinge preventing coming off of the braking apparatus; a rope, a chair safety belt, a shackle, a rocking preventing rope, etc., to which flame-proof and fire-prevention finish is performed are combined to be completed as the new and epoch-making life saving tool for emergency evacuation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
