SELF-SERVICE SUPPORTER FOR PUTTING UP AND PUTTING DOWN BALL CASE WITH PRIZE BALLS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for improving high labor costs and low work efficiency caused by physical burden required for putting up and putting down a case with prize balls dangerous for a Pachinko player which also occupies most of causes of the fatigue and injury in the work of employees in a Pachinko parlor.;SOLUTION: A push-pull spring is mounted on an outer frame, a plate to become a ground surface in contact with the above case with prize balls is supported by the push-pull spring, and the instrument is installed for keeping constant even one heavy case with prize balls at a height easy to carry to a saving place from a stand counter or at a height easy to carry and place from the stand counter to the saving place all the time. Thus, labor costs can be reduced. The self-services for putting up and putting down the case with prize balls are enabled by the Pachinko player himself/herself so that the fatigue/injury in the work of the employee of the Pachinko parlor can be reduced. Concerning the employee of the Pachinko parlor, even when putting up/putting down the case with prize balls, the total bending angle of the waist and the knees is made approximate to 90°, the local fatigue/injury on the waist and the knees is prevented and the danger to the structure of a human body can be avoided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
