INVENTORY REDUCTION METHOD IN PRODUCTION LINE AND SYNCHRONIZED PRODUCTION SYSTEM EXECUTING THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a production management method capable of reducing the inventory in production line by rationalizing a production site without using 'kanban (inst- in-time) system' in a cooperative factory where it is difficult to execute the 'kanban system' due to the poor arrangement of the production management, and realizing the configuration of a production line capable of introducing the 'kanbon system' in the future. SOLUTION: This production system is configured according to the level of a production site. In the first stage, lot production is stopped in the order of a machine kind whose number of production is large, and moved to a two-division production system for executing production twice a month, and in the second stage, the machine kind whose two division production system is established is moved to a four division production system for executing production averagely a week, and in the third sate, the machine kind whose four division production system is established is moved to a per division production system for executing production averagely a day, and the production business procedure is moved from a component allocation system to an order reception production system so that production instructions can be integrated into one. Thus, it is possible reduce inventory in the production line.
