Also, a process calculating device 2 executes the simulation of process design based on data (postulate data, work condition data, facility condition data, and standard time coefficient data) inputted to an input device 3 and a system process design calculation formula. Also, a data base 4 stores the inputted data and the simulated results. Also, a displayed device 5 displays the inputted information or the calculated results. An output device 5 which is constituted of a printer or the like outputs the simulated results or the like.
