PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency disaster prevention type crisis control information system, having high information transmission efficiency, capable of transmitting both exact disaster information and other daily information to residents. ;SOLUTION: This emergency disaster prevention type crisis control information system is constituted, so that disaster prevention information or the like can be simultaneously transmitted, by both a community FM broadcasting system and a disaster prevention and administrative radio system which are combined with each other. It is desirable that the community FM broadcasting receiver be and available for FM radio and/or FM teletext reception and that the FM receiver be started automatically, by an EWS signal to be transmitted by a community FM broadcasting station.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
