PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home-visit care system capable of effectively utilizing limited manpowers by reducing burden on a home helper and enhancing service efficiency. SOLUTION: When a person 10 to be cared, who goes through the procedure of an electronic settlement contract requests home-visit care service of a home- visit care managing server 31 from a user terminal 11, the home-visit care managing server 31 gives the electronic settlement request to a deposit managing server 41, detects the home helper who can visit the person 10 in short time and transmits information on the person to be cared to a mobile communication unit 21 which the home helper 20 carries. The home helper 20 visits the person 10 based on received information on the person to be carried and releases locking by the mobile communication unit 21. The home helper 20 cares the person based on information on care proceeding information transmitted from the home-visit care managing server 31 and transmits the termination contact of care proceeding to the home-visit care managing server 31. The home-visit care managing server 31 stores the content of home-visit care service.
