PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly evaluate the staff such as buyer by grasping the condition of losing the selling opportunity of an article. SOLUTION: In the system for evaluating person in charge of buying to buy an article, this system is provided with means (2 and 3) for inputting occurrence information showing the occurrence of lost selling-opportunity of the article, a means (12) for recording article information related to the article and a means (1) for evaluating a person in charge of buying the article on the basis of the occurrence information and the attribute of the article.
