PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor of a person in charge, and to improve the skill by defining the task of a person in charge and the processing range, and setting the priority order of processing in the tasks for sharing the processing.;SOLUTION: This system is provided with a business office terminal 4 for inputting the slips of plural kinds of tasks, and for storing them through a network 5 into a server file 2 of an office center, an office center terminal 3 for reading the ID card of a person in charge who processes each task, and for successively reading and processing the slips from the server film according to the propriety order of processing of the tasks for the person in charge and the processing range, and a server processing part 1 for preliminarily holding a person in charge/task relating chart for designating the priority order of processing of each task for each person in charge and the processing range, and for referring to the person in charge/task relating chart based on the data of the ID card read by the office center terminal, and for setting the processing range of the person in charge indicated by the ID card successively from the task whose priority order of processing is the highest, and for transmitting the slips to the office center terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
