PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the DA-Raf that inhibits the differentiation of the PC12 cells by NGF and acts on c-Raf1 that is activated on A-Raf by the NGF as an intrinsic dominant negative bodies, accordingly it is useful for the gene therapy of cancers, since the canceration of the cells are inhibited by inhibiting the MAP kinase cascade activated by Ras.;SOLUTION: The DA-Raf has the binding properties with H-Ras and M-Ras that has a specific amino acid sequence or another amino acid sequence resulting in one or plural amino acids are deleted from, added to, inserted into or substituted with other amino acids.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
