PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a fair installation charge corresponding to a degree of contribution to the installation client of a transaction device such as utilization frequency of the transaction device by the client and to positively maintain the working state of the transaction device in the installation destination of the transaction device. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a transaction device 10a for providing a service to the client, a managing part 30a for managing this transaction device 10a, a history information acquiring part 11 for acquiring history information in the transaction device 10a and an installation charge determining part 12 for determining the installation charge to be paid to the installation destination of the transaction device 10a corresponding to the history information acquired by the history information acquiring part 11.
