PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the quality of products or the like by easily measuring the content of a hydrate. SOLUTION: Electrodes 102 are opposedly provided in a slurry pipe line 37 where slurry containing the hydrate H in water flows. A power source 103 is provided for applying voltage between the electrodes. A voltmeter 104 is provided for detecting the voltage between the electrodes 102. A measuring apparatus 105 is provided for measuring the content of natural gas hydrate H in the slurry flowing in the slurry piping 37 on the basis of the detected result of the voltmeter 104.
