PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device in which a user can simply measure a skin hydration degree at any time anywhere regardless of a place and time by making it possible to measure the skin hydration degree by using a single power source which can be employed in a portable terminal machine.;SOLUTION: The device for measuring the skin hydration degree using the portable terminal machine is equipped with an electric voltage applying section 305 which impresses a single power source voltage to a measurement part by supplying an electric power from a power source for charging with which the portable terminal machine is equipped, an electric current measurement section 310 which measures an electric current flowing in the measurement part to which the voltage is impressed, a voltage amplification unit 315 which amplifies the voltage corresponding to the measured electric current by inputting the measured electric current, and a main processor which controls so that the outputted voltage of the voltage amplification unit belongs to a specified range, calculates the susceptance of the measurement part using the outputted voltage of the voltage amplification unit 315, and calculates the skin hydration degree of the measurement part using the calculated susceptance.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
