PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic high sensitivity trace protein quantitative determination device capable of performing the quantitative analysis of trace protein in a polymeric porous membrane such as a cellulose acetate membrane to a lot of specimens automatically and at a time in order to solve the problem the much labor and time are required because the operational procedure of the quantitative analysis of trace protein making the cellulose acetate membrane a support body with the use of manual techniques at present is complex, and a lot of specimens cannot be analyzed by routine work at a resident medical examination and a school child medical examination or the like.;SOLUTION: When the support body is set in the device, a standard liquid for working curve and specimens are automatically spotted on the support body. The protein of the standard liquid and the specimens spotted on the support body are fixed. The protein fixing liquid included in the support body is washed. The protein on the support body is stained by silver. The stained support body is bleached. The silver is fixed to the protein on the bleached support body.
