PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable feces-collecting tool for dogs capable of timely and surely storing dog feces even in a narrow place by forming the shape in small size, using a vinyl bag having a size from rated diameter to large diameter as a vinyl bag attached to the feces-collecting tool and simply carrying out detachment of the bag. SOLUTION: This portable feces-collecting tool for dogs is characterized by providing a cut part 14 on one side opposite to a supporting base 5 in a receiving frame body 6 obtained by integrating three components of a cone 1 having scooping part 13 providing a horizontal surface having adequate length in a part of the cone and a cylindrical body 2 and the supporting base 5 securing a supporting body 4 protrusively installed obliquely in the upper direction, providing openable nippingly installing plates 9 and 9a so as to be symmetrical to the cylindrical body 2 around the cylindrical body 2 and joining a strut part 17 of long shaft 3 to the supporting body 4 secured on the receiving frame body 6 constituted so that an elastomer 12 having stretchability is laid across the both plates 9 and 9a in a tensioned condition.
