PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology operable even in a general network environment, and controlling a remote terminal while reducing the communication load.;SOLUTION: In this terminal 10, a control data forming part 12 forms control data according to an instruction command inputted from an input part 11. The control data are data of designating a command describing file 202 possessed by the terminal 20. The formed control data are transmitted to the terminal 20. In the terminal 20, when an HTTP server 24 receives the control data, a command executing part 25 acquires the command describing file 202 designated in the control data, and successively executes a control command 101 according to a processing procedure described in the command describing file 202.
