DETECTION TOOL AND DETECTION METHOD FOR SIMULTANEOUS IDENTIFICATION OF SUBTYPE OF VARIOUS HUMAN PAPILLOMA VIRUSES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection tool for the simultaneous identification of subtypes of human papilloma virus(HPV) in a specimen. ;SOLUTION: The detection tool is provided with a carrier capable of holding a specimen on the top and having a 1st part and a 2nd part, a 1st oligonucleotide loaded on the 1st part of the carrier and a 2nd oligonucleotide loaded on the 2nd part of the carrier. The 1st and 2nd oligonucleotides can be hybridized respectively with DNAs of the 1st and 2nd HPV subtypes to enable the simultaneous identification of the RPV subtypes in the specimen.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
