PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jacketed coated optical fiber which has superior environmental characteristics and mechanical characteristics and can suppress a decrease in optical transmission characteristics even when a connector is connected, and a jacketed coated optical fiber with a connector and an optical fiber cable which use the same. PSOLUTION: The jacked coated optical fiber 10 is formed by providing a 1st jacket layer 14 and a 2nd jacket layer 15 as resin jacket layers 16 around the outer circumference of a coated optical fiber 13 formed by providing an ultraviolet-ray setting resin layer 12 around the outer circumference of a glass fiber 11, in order from the coated optical fiber 13. The jacketed coated optical fiber 10 is so constituted that 'the length of the ultraviolet-ray setting type resin layer 12 in a jacket removable piece separated by using a jacket removing tool 20/the length of the separated resin jacketed layer 16' is 15 to 85%.
