PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease image artifact in the case of reconstituting an image by a scanner (10) for multislice computed tomographic(CT) imaging method.;SOLUTION: In the method and device, an object (22) is spirally scanned so that a plurality of projection views of the object can be acquired (52), a reconstituted plane (70) is defined (54), a conjugate sample line (72), which does not cross the reconstituted plane is defined (56), a weighting function is applied to the conjugate sample so that the image artifact can be decreased (58), and after applying filtering processing and inverse projection to the weighted data, the image is reconstituted (60).
