PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a providing device for the easy and quick illustration preparation service of a low cost and high quality and an illustration preparation service providing method. ;SOLUTION: By utilizing the Internet, a user using a transmitter selects one, two or more desired illustration materials from illustration samples and sets the position relation and size of the illustration materials on an illustration and desired display conditions, then the transmitter transmits the information of the user to a server as illustration information and the server transmits the illustration information to a preparation device. An illustrator prepares the illustration by performing the collage of combining 3D material information or the like on the basis of the illustration information or the like by using the preparation device to which 3D drawing software is installed and transmits the information on the prepared illustration to the server as drawing information and the server transmits the drawing information to a receiver.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
