PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp the effect of a displayed advertisement. ;SOLUTION: A history (downloading history 10) at the time of downloading detailed information data regarding the advertisement displayed on an advertisement display device 6 to the portable terminal 9 of a user 4 and the history (inquiry electronic mail access history 12) of electronic mail transmitted in the case that the user 4 who views the downloaded detailed information regarding the advertisement wants to inquire about the advertisement are acquired and the downloading history 10 and the inquiry electronic mail access history 12 are summed up and analyzed.
