PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cassette, a case for a tape cassette, and a cased tape cassette, which make a display means like a label visible from the side face of a stoppage box in the case that the tape cassette like a video cassette is stored on the longer side in a storage box made partially or entirely see- through.;SOLUTION: A cased tape cassette 1 is constituted of a video cassette 2 and a cassette case 3 provided with an opening part 31 through which the video cassette 2 should be taken in and out. A side face part 2b being the shorter side of the peripheral part of the video cassette 2 is provided with a sticking face 22 lower than the side face part 2b of one step. A shorter-side label 5 as the display means is suck to the sticking face 22. A side face part 3b being the shorter side of the peripheral part of the cassette case 3 is provided with a window 32 for visible recognition through which the shorter-side label 5 on the stored video cassette 2 can be visually recognized from the outside.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
