PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice output/input device, a voice output/input method and a voice output/input program, by which transmission of aural signals such as voice guidance is stopped only when voice is inputted.;SOLUTION: The voice output/input device 1a is provided with a storage section 2 which stores voice signals, a transmitting section 3 which transmits stored voice signals, a transmission stopping section 4 which discriminates to determine whether the signals inputted from a receiving site of the aural signals during the transmission of the aural signals by the section 3 are voice or not based on the sound pressure level and the fundamental frequency of the inputted signals and stops the transmission of the aural signals when the inputted signals are voice, an input signal accumulating section 5 which accumulates the inputted signals and a voice recognition output section 6 which recognizes the discriminated voice and outputs the voice.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
