PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dietary life guaranteeing a good and appropriate nutritional condition and suggest an exercise menu for providing a more appropriate load which are desirable for maintaining and promoting health for each dweller on the basis of correct understanding of a health condition and body condition of each of the dwellers in a multiple dwelling house by comprehensively utilizing help of a specialist such as a doctor, national registered dietitian, exercise coaching specialist so that the dwellers of the multiple dwelling house such as an apartment can spend a self-support life for a long time. PSOLUTION: This system enables the specialist such as the doctor, exercise coaching specialist, national registered dietitian, and chef to provide a more favorable suggestion for maintaining and promoting the health of each of the dwellers by referring health indicator improvement target information, body indicator improvement target information, a recommended diet menu, and a recommended exercise menu which are suggested by other specialists.
