PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To destroy the tumor such as cancer or improve the effect for inhibiting the enlargement of the tumor by administration therapy by using active lymphocytes not necessarily having cancer specificity imparted thereto, based on the assumption that the therapy parallel with the treatment by a PDT treatment is carried out. SOLUTION: The administration of the active lymphocytes is carried out in parallel within a prescribed period before or after the treatment by the PDT treatment. As a result, not only remarkable effects on the reduction or suppression of various kinds of the cancers, especially the tumor exemplified by stomach cancer are exhibited, but also excellent therapeutic effects on the tumor having no receptivity to the single therapy by the PDT are exhibited.
