METHOD AND DEVICE FOR VERIFYING BALANCE IN HOT METAL STORAGE BETWEEN BLAST FURNACE AND STEEL-MAKING SHOP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the balance-adjusting work of the molten metal storage between a blast furnace and a steel-making shop in a steel making instruction planning stage. SOLUTION: Based on the iron-tapping composition of a blast furnace and the composition of a product manufactured by using the hot metal by a converter of the steel-making factory, the pre-treatment load of the hot metal fed to the steel- making is determined, and the pre-treatment capacity is calculated, the quantity of the hot metal delivered as the steel making raw material is calculated based on the quantity of the hot metal obtained from the calculated pre-treatment capacity of the hot metal and the quantity of the hot metal without any pre-treatment obtained from the steel-making schedule. The storage of the hot metal staying between the blast furnace and the steel-making factory is calculated from the information on the iron tapping quantity of the blast furnace and the information on the hot metal quantity, and the number of filling vessels and the number of empty vessels are determined based on the information on the filling quantity of hot metal transport vessels and the information on the number of moving units, and the storage of the hot metal staying between the blast furnace and the steel-making factory after the information on the number of working hot metal transport container vessel.
