PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover an over-spray coating material which is collected in a coating booth and is treated as a waste and is reused as the recovered material for coating.;SOLUTION: This water-dispersed powder coating is composed of the recovered material obtained by collecting over spray coating in coating booth and recovering the coating. The water-dispersed powder coating comprises the recovered water-dispersed powder coating and new water-dispersed powder coating. This method comprises collecting over spray coating in the coating booth, recovering the coating and regenerating the resultant recovered material of coating as water-dispersed powder coating. The method for producing coated inorganic building material comprises applying water-dispersed powder coating to the surface of an inorganic hydraulic substrate before completing curing cast into a mold frame and curing the inorganic hydraulic substrate and hardening the coating film.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
