Preferably, oxygen concentrations in the room 10 are continuously measured, and the amount of the supplied oxygen and/or the amount of the ventilation are/is adjusted so that the measured oxygen concentrations can be made equal to/lower than concentrations which brings the danger of the fire. More preferably, when an air pressure in the high-pressure workplace 5 is high, the worker 6 is prohibited from putting on the oxygen mask 20 or the supply of the oxygen to the oxygen mask 20 is stopped, until the pressure in the room 10 is reduced to a magnitude which eliminates danger of oxygen intoxication.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
