The valve has a case (1) connected to a high pressure gas source, and an end cap (2) fixed at an end of the case. A closed receiving chamber has a piston (3) at interior of the case and the cap. A cylindrical elastic unit (4) is placed in the chamber and locked between the piston and a part of the case, where the unit is molded from plastic material i.e. polymer, using injection, extrusion or foam molding. An air chamber is defined between the cap and the piston at the interior of the receiving chamber for receiving compression gas guided into the case to reduce pressure of the gas.
