PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed for cultured red sea bream, intended for three objectives of improving the taste and fish color of cultured red sea bream, relieving growers from labor to feed and being diet for cultured red sea bream eatable safely by mankind. SOLUTION: This feed for cultured red sea bream is characterized by being obtained by removing big bones unsuitable for the feed from the fish ilium of natural sea bream belonging to Percomorphi Sparidae and body adhering to the fish ilium treated as waste and using as the feed residual body, skin and thin bones.
