PURPOSE: A producing method of fish feed containing a garlic extract and a coriandrum sativum extract is provided to improve the taste of raw fish, and to reduce the cholesterol. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fish feed comprises the following steps: crushing garlic and coriandrum sativum into the size smaller than 3mm; inserting the crushed garlic and coriandrum sativum particles into a supercritical fluid extraction apparatus; transforming carbon dioxide into supercritical fluid at 30~50deg C with the pressure of 150~300atm; generating bubbles inside the supercritical fluid using an ultrasonic wave oscillator; extracting the garlic and coriandrum sativum using the supercritical fluid; and separating the garlic and coriandrum sativum extracts by decompressing the carbon dioxide.
