PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a health food utilizing the active ingredient contained in the unrefined sake lees of Okinawan millet brandy and improved in taste so as to be easily ingestible.;SOLUTION: This method for producing the powdery health food having as the main ingredient the unrefined sake lees of Okinawan millet brandy comprises a dehydration process of dehydrating the unrefined sake separated in the production process of Okinawan millet brandy, a mixing process of adding soybean powder and muscovado to the dehydrated aggregate after the dehydration process followed by mixing by stirring and dry powder-treating process of drying the mixture subjected to the mixing process and pulverizing the product.
