PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically improve a heat transfer coefficient by restraining temperature gap on the interface with an aluminum alloy low. ;SOLUTION: In a heat-conductive cylindrical member consisting essentially of an iron inserted when the aluminum alloy is cast, to the outer peripheral part of a cylindrical member body 1a, e.g. fine grains of ≤50 μm grain diameter composed of a low melting point material of 200-600°C, are blasted with a shot-peening to form a film 3 of 0.3-100 μm on the outer peripheral part of the cylindrical member body 1a in a metallurgical joined state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
