PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-conductive sheet, improved in anisotropic heat conductivity in the thickness direction, excellent in heat resistance, endurance and mechanical strength and adhesiveness to heating elements.;SOLUTION: In this heat-conductive sheet, are orientated graphite powders attaching a magnetic material on the surface in the thickness direction in a binder. A composition for heat-conductive sheet composed of an uncured binder and graphite powders attaching the magnetic material on the surface of a sheet, applying a magnetic field to the thickness direction of the sheet and curing the sheet to orientate the graphite powders in the thickness direction of the sheet.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
