PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation system of a restaurant business to optimally select materials as well as saving work without producing waste, to introduce a newly developed product, to increase profit and the number of customers.;SOLUTION: The materials are ordered by adding statistical data and prediction data to cost calculation on the basis of a recipe, a stock schedule is created, the materials, documents and calorie calculation are check against stock, a price is also checked by every season and dealer, a set menu is simulated, a list of a special menu for a prescribed period is created, a sale by subscription is performed by specifying the period, an order is placed by using electronic mail, the inventory control is performed on line and the recipe is placed on a web site by attaching a photograph of a product.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
