PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plywood for a form for use in placing concrete, which is highly durable and employs a bamboo material in place of conifer, as a surface material.;SOLUTION: As the plywood for the form for use in placing concrete in the construction field, a (Chinese) bamboo veneer is employed as the surface material of conventional conifer plywood or lauan plywood. The surface material is subjected to infiltrative priming or the like, and finishing urethane coating or the like, in order to impart water repellency and water-proofing property to the surface material, to thereby improve the surface strength, weatherability, and repeated availability of the plywood.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
