PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mouse deleted in a gene in which H-PGDS gene is knocked out and which causes a congential or reactive disorder in an immune system function, a central nerve function, a circulatory organ function, a reproductive function, etc., by the deletion of the synthase.;SOLUTION: This mouse deleted in a gene is an offspring individual of chimera mouse produced by developing an initial embryo into which a mouse embryonic stem cell having a hematopoietic forming organ type prostaglandin D synthetase gene of genome DNA in which its exon II is subjected to homologous recombination in a variant sequence substituted with neomycin-resistant gene into an individual in a female mouse body and has hematopoietic forming organ type prostaglandin D synthetase gene of genome DNA of productive cell and somatic cell which is substituted with the variant sequence.
