PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely detect a contradiction between an access right for use at execution time and an access right given at design time. PSOLUTION: A method signature detection part 14 analyzes a program source code input from a source code input part 13 and sequentially detects method signatures contained in the program. An access right analysis part 15 analyzes the detected method signatures sequentially and gets a list of access rights at execution time, in accordance with a predetermined analytical rule 15a prescribing through association with each other the method signatures and the access rights that can be contained in the program. An access right comparison part 16 compares the scope of limitation to the access right between the list of access rights at execution time and the list of access rights at design time stored in an access right list storage part 12, in accordance with a predetermined comparison rule 16a prescribing the scope of limitation to the access rights that can be contained in the program.
