PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a distribution form for eliminating the common sense that a vehicle is purchased at a high price and sold at a low price in a used car sales market and the risk of a delivery agent by holding stocks.;SOLUTION: Sold vehicles are handled as a stocks and placed on a homepage on the Internet. A buyer inputs a desired vehicle on the homepage by use of a terminal and registers it. This is reported to an address of a terminal of an owner of the vehicle corresponding thereto, and a sales contract is established after the both agree various conditions. Further, all the stocks on the homepage are classified to some ranks by cost to allow a person to change its own vehicle to a vehicle, if it is in the same rank of its own vehicle at the time, any time only by paying expenses.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
