PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of identifying a source of electromagnetic emission based on the characteristic of the electromagnetic emission, an associated method, a computer device, and a program product of a computer software.;SOLUTION: This electromagnetic emission source identification device is equipped with a sensor device 200 constituted so as to sense the electromagnetic emission from the source 700, a data transmitter 400 constituted so as to communicate with the sensor device 200 and to transmit sensed emission data from the sensor device 200, and a computer device 600 constituted so as to communicate with the data transmitter 400, to determine at least one of an identification indicator corresponding to the source 700, an operational characteristic indicator and an accessory characteristic indicator, and to process digital emission data corresponding to the sensed emission data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
