PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice seed infectious disease control agent composition which has an excellent control effect also against synthetic microbicide-resistant microbes in scarcely irregular potencies and has the high effects against wide diseases, and to provide a method for controlling the rice seed infectious diseases.;SOLUTION: This rice seed infectious disease control agent composition contains at least a microorganism belonging to the genus Fusarium and substantially not having pathogenicity against the rice and at least a microorganism belonging to the genus Pseudomonas and substantially not having pathogenicity against the rice.
