PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera shake compensation function mounting zoom lens, a camera shake compensation function mounted video camera, an optical instrument and an optical device which compensates camera shake by making the whole third lens group, which is fixed with respect to the image surface, movable in perpendicular direction to the optical axis at varying of power and focusing in 4-group zoom lens. ;SOLUTION: The 4-group zoom lens is provided with the first lens group having a positive refractive power, the second lens group having a negative refractive power, the third lens group having a positive refractive power and the fourth lens group having a positive refractive power in this order starting from the object side, performs the variable power on the second group and performs the focusing on the fourth group, and at camera compensation time, the camera shake is compensated by moving the third group perpendicular to the optical axis.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
