PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a portable terminal that is a delivery destination of advertisement information and a consumer's labor consumed for management of advertisement information by smoothly and rationally removing from the portable terminal the advertisement information accumulated in the portable terminal by delivery. PSOLUTION: In a point P3 where a cellular phone 40 goes into a radio communication area AR2, the advertisement information CT1 of a department store X is delivered to the cellular phone 40 and stored in a RAM 43. This advertisement information CT1 is deleted from the RAM 43 after the lapse of 1 hour or more (point P12) from the time the cellular phone 40 finally leaves the radio communication area AR2 (point P10).
