PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health control apparatus for encouraging a patient to continuously control his or her health by making it possible for the patient to measure data pleasantly day by day by setting a proper and safe target value for his or her health control, and scoring and evaluating his or her health control achievement level or continuity level. PSOLUTION: Biological information being the index of health control inputted by a measurement input part 3 and a manual input part 6 of a main body 2 is stored in an inside memory as history data each time it is measured. Also, it is possible for a patient to safely control his or her health by setting a target value after presetting his or her health control safety area. Also, it is possible for the patient to evaluate the lapse of his or her health control from the history data and the target value by scoring his or her achievement level or continuity until the target value and his or her life style or the like to display it as scores. Furthermore, it is possible for the patient to compare his or her health control level with the other's by using the scores, and to continue his or her health control because he or her can measure data pleasantly.
