PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin processor in which a jam of coins is prevented at a position where the coin moves from a horizontal conveyance part to a lift part. SOLUTION: A jam preventing jig 50 equipped with a stopper 51 which when abutting against a coil C which is raised and rotating, moves the coin from one side face to the other side face of a horizontal conveyance part 35 and with a block 52 by which the upper part of the coin C moved by the stopper 51 is hindered from moving, is provided in front of a position where the horizontal conveyance part 35 shifts the lift part 36. The coin C which is raised and conveyed by the horizontal conveyance part 35 falls since reverse forces are applied to the upper and lower parts, and is then mounted on the horizontal conveyance part 35.
