RISER PIPING FOR DRAINAGE FOR RESIDENCE AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riser-piping construction method for a drainage for a residence in which a time required for the execution of works, a suspension of water supply or the like by utilizing a section penetrated in a slab in an existing drain pipe as a short pipe. PSOLUTION: An existing drain-pipe section removal process in which the short pipes 11 are formed, leaving slab penetrating sections on each floor of the existing drain pipes 1 by removing only the intermediate sections of the existing drain pipes 1 in occupied zones on each floor, a sleeve inserting process, in which sleeves 50 are inserted into the short pipes, and a pipe connecting process in which the sleeves 50 inserted into the short pipes 11 on the ceiling sides and the sleeves 50 inserted into the short pipes 11 on the floor sides are communicated and connected through joints 70 in the occupied zones on each floor are carried out. The pipe-line end sections of the drain pipes at water- related places are communicated with the pipe lines of riser piping for the drainage after the execution of works in the occupied zones on each floor.
