PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably provide contents on the side of an information providing site while acquiring various kinds of information from an information providing side on the Internet or the like based on simplified access operation on the side of a communication terminal. ;SOLUTION: Information providing site communication equipment 9 transfers information to be provided to a portable telephone set 3 to an operating site communication system 4 and introduces such information and a telephone number for access by using an information medium. Besides, the operating site communication system 4 stores a plurality of pieces of information from the information providing site communication equipment 9, correspondently applies the telephone number for access (such as an abbreviated telephone number, for example), from the portable telephone set 3 to each of the plurality of pieces of information, identifies subsequent call incoming from the portable telephone set 3 to each of telephone numbers, automatically extracts the information stored corresponding to this call incoming telephone number and automatically transfers the information to the portable telephone set 3.
