According to the present invention, disclosed are a transmission control protocol/internet protocol (TCP/IP) network disconnection type one-way access system by dualizing a transmission device and a method thereof, disconnecting a network and at the same time, safely connecting a communication session. A one-way access method of a main device connected to an internal network in a one-way access system including the main device and a sub device comprises the following steps of: using a protocol or an application to receive a data packet from an IP node of the internal network; checking whether the data packet received from the IP node of the internal network is an allowed data packet; storing the data packet received from the IP node of the internal network in a first circular queue block of the sub device connected to the main device through a wire according to a checking resu and storing a transmission code for ordering transmission of the data packet in a command block of the sub device.
