PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice packet transmitter, a voice packet receiver and a voice packet communication device capable of controlling a fluctuation absorbing amount of a fluctuation absorbing buffer with less processing quantity even when the number of channels is increased.;SOLUTION: A storage amount monitor section 7 monitors a storage amount of packets in a shaping buffer 3, a packet assembling section 2 assembles buffer quantity information into packets, a packet disassembly section 4 extracts the buffer quantity information from a received packet, and an absorbing amount setting section 8 controls a fluctuation absorbing amount of fluctuation absorbing buffers 5₁ to 5_n according to the buffer quantity information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
