PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worker posting planning device precisely computing the number of workers to be posted in each work process in a process management in a job shop line factory. SOLUTION: A worker number decision table formation part 16 inside this worker posting planning device 1 reads necessary information from a master file 10 to form a worker number decision table. Using the formed worker number decision table, a worker number computing part 17 computes the number of scheduled workers to be posted for respective work processes inside the factory. The determination part 18 compares working group information inside a working group storage file 15 with the computed number of scheduled workers to determine whether the respective work processes can be carried out or not by the number of workers inside the working group.
