PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide common information consisting of external organization information and work specific information registered in a database, based on activity schedule information regarding customers when registering the activity schedule information from terminal devices held by sales staffs into schedule management information.;SOLUTION: This sales activity management supporting system is characterized in that is provided with a database for managing on a unitary basis common information consisting of the external organization information provided by external organizations and the work specific information systematized for every work in enterprise and an information providing means for providing the common information based on the activity schedule information when registering the activity schedule information regarding the customers from the terminal devices held by the sales staffs into the schedule management information, and including non-search notifying function for the common information and non-application notifying function for the activity schedule information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
